Pursuit of Lacrosse – We thrive on growing the game of lacrosse, developing players to where they want to be, and providing opportunities for players in non traditional areas for club lacrosse to elevate their game. We support existing clubs to do the great job they are already doing and do not support poaching players from other clubs or having players poached to other clubs. We are confident in who we are and what we do and embrace doing what is best holistically for players and their families.
We are a group of dedicated individuals united in using lacrosse as a means of working with athletes to be their best and growing the game beyond socioeconomic barriers. We operate as a team to grow from competition and also give back to our community. We are steadfast in being as dedicated to our student athletes as they are committed to our team. We believe in operating as a community. Operating as a community means supporting the student athletes that are involved in other sports and activities.
We coach lacrosse to help student athletes develop as people. We offer opportunities to learn, compete and grow on the field. We unite communities through lacrosse for youth to have access to more opportunities.

Patience in the process... We know that growth as a student athlete requires being patient through every step of growth. We are here for the obstacles and the celebrations.
Persistence… We can challenge each student athlete to become the highest version of themselves by motivating players to enjoy training on their own. Together, we can work through plateaus, challenges and curveballs that are a part of life to control what we can control.
Performance is the result of testing out what’s been practiced... We expect the IQ learned from practice will be tested at every practice and game opportunity. We see performance as the chance to practice courage over comfort and learn from risks and decision making.
